Athletes For Causes & Oakley Event

 Kids are selected for the holiday shopping event with their favorite football player based on their dedication and growth throughout the school year. Starting from the first day of school until holiday break, teachers and staff nominate students who have shown the greatest improvement in areas such as GPA, citizenship, and attendance. From these nominees, students write a short essay to their athlete explaining why they should be chosen, giving them the opportunity to share their personal achievements, challenges overcome, and what the experience would mean to them.
